Microfit Health and Fitness Assessment
A complete summary of your personal fitness status. We will explain all your results in detail, along with ideas for moving forward. Includes biometrics such as height, weight, BMI, body composition, flexibility, blood pressure, heart rate, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Allow for a 45-minute session. Cost: $50.00.

Wellness Profile
This motivational program analyzes current health behaviors and provides recommendations to reduce the risk of future disease or disability. Includes focus areas on general wellness, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Allow for a 20-minute session, cost $20.00.

Diet Planner
This powerful program enables us to analyze diets and create exercise and nutrition plans. Includes data on over 6000 foods and 30 nutrients. Allow for a 1-hour session.

Personal Training
Weather you are looking to jumpstart your new workout program, make a lifestyle change, or just looking to take it to the next level, a personal trainer can help. They can design, encourage and guide you towards meeting any fitness goals you may have. Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes but usually last for 1 hour or more.

Executive Program
For individuals that are ready to make significant lifestyle changes, a customized program utilizing a complete program assessment plan, followed by implementation in a personal tracking package. Includes fitness assessment, wellness profile, diet planner, and personal training. All for two separate 1-hour sessions.

Group Exercise

Totally Toned
This class incorporates a variety of different elements, such as free weights, rubber tubing, exercise balls and step. Beginners and athletes alike will improve their muscular strength and endurance and have a blast doing it!

Group Cycle
For beginners and avid cyclists a like, Group Cycle is a great calorie-burning workout. The indoor cycling program emphasizes the basic foundations of cycling movements and breathing awareness while emulating fast flats and steep hills. Come ride with us!

Group Cycle & Abs
Same foundations and movements as a regular group cycle class with a 10 minute abdominal workout to finish it off.

Pilates
This 45 minute workout will elongate your muscles, creating a longer leaner body. It is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine.

Yoga
This class will focus on the practice of physical postures or poses. Yoga is concerned more with mental and spiritual well being than physical activity. Stretching is certainly involved, but yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

The Power Hour
This is an 8 week total body class. Before the class starts, each participant will receive a pre-class consultation to determine realistic goals for the 8 week period, and the best way to reach those goals together. After the 8 weeks is complete, a post class consultation will be given to assess the progress made and to reset goals for the future. This is really personal training in a small group setting. The class is $75.00 and includes 1 pre and one post class consultation, 1 x 30 min personal training session, 8 small group classes and bottled water during class periods.

Hard Core
Everything you want with core and more. This is a 30–35 minute class designed to tone and tighten you abdominals, lower back, oblique’s, and hips as well as improve balance and flexibility. Every single class will be different to keep the body guessing and utilize the concept of muscle confusion.

Biggest Loser
The biggest loser competition is now under way. Classes are Monday morning and Tuesday nights. If you are participating in the competition this is a great way to increase your odds of success. It will be a high intensity workout specifically designed to weight loss.
