Description:

This Tabata inspired class utilizes 20-second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 3-4 times before switching to a new group of exercises. This method has been proven to increase fat loss and improve stamina in the shortest amount of time. Get in. Get done. 

$10 drop-in fee for non-members.
$5 group exercise fee for hotel guests who are staying with us in the Radisson Plaza Hotel.
Classes must have a minimum of two participants to be conducted.
